JOB SUMMARY:

 

 

Estimate, secure & manage work alongside Superintendent.

Track cost vs estimate and profitability on a weekly basis, Buyout own projects, Monitor, oversee and adhere to project schedule.

Complete draws accurately, timely, and at least minimum GP set by VP.

Oversee, recognize, initiate, & tract extra work tix & change orders effectively.

Oversee the processing of submittals & shop drawings timely.

Oversee project close-outs: completed timely & according to company policy.

Visit jobsites with Superintendents to assure they are on time & within budget.

Produce input sheet for new projects & all subsequent change orders.

Coordinate and secure subcontractors.
