Title: EVM Manager (Earned Value Manager)
Pay Range: Open – Negotiable
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all EVMS reporting and program adherence.
Serves as liaison between the company and customer.
Works under the general direction of the EVMS Director.
Oversees the set-up of a cost schedule control system.
Works closely with program management team to ensure cost and schedule alignment. Review’s analysis and reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
Meets with customer to address any EVMS-related issues and create a plan of action to resolve.
Creates and implements finance and EVMS training program.
Reviews and approves budgets and schedules for contract work.
Verifies program plans to ensure all program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.
Develops a reasonable risk plan and conducts schedule/cost risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risk.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Extensive knowledge in cost collection and reporting practices.
Extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Office products.
Good communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
Ability to perform forensic investigations across multiple disciplines within the organization.
Ability to compile reports and analyze data in reports and to prepare trend analysis for management.
Bachelor’s degree in business-related curriculum plus a minimum of five years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of experience and training which results in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
