Title: IT Support

Location:  Massachusetts

Responsibilities & Duties:

 

 

Lead the IT team establishing short‐ and long-term goals producing project completion in a timely manner.

You will need to be detail oriented, able to work successfully with others to drive results, and motivated to succeed in a growing and dynamic engineering company.

Always ready to get in the trenches supporting the IT team.

Reports to program management.

IT infrastructure system upgrades.

Abides and is familiar of DoD guidelines.

 

 

Education:

 

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent technical field a plus.

 

 

 

 

Required Experience:

 

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience.

IT project management.

Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure including Windows software.

Practical knowledge of various tools in team management.

Effective written and oral communications skills, as well as listening.

 

Desired Experience:

 

 

Experience with DoD security guidelines including:

CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification).

DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement) ‐ FEDRAMP (The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program).

NIST SP 800‐171 (National Institute of Standards and Technology).

 

Travel:

 

Occasional

Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Clearance: Current Secret Security Clearance or Must be able to obtain one.
