Title: Personal Lines Account Manager
Pay Range: Open – Negotiable
Receive phone calls and office visitors requesting quotes, changes to existing coverage and/or new policies from present clients.
Determine acceptability and complete applications or endorsements and collect premiums when applicable.
Review and secure renewal information as necessary to keep account data current.
Maintain own automated follow-up and suspense file on outstanding orders, correspondence.
Follow up on all overdue and suspense items.
Maintain expiration control log.
Invoice all premium transactions during the month following agency billing procedures.
Actively solicit increases in coverage or rounding out accounts through sales to clients at service contact.
Maintain customer’s account on agency automation system, documenting conversations updating information and adhering to all other automation procedures that are/become established.
