Title: Program Coordinator
Pay Range: Open – Negotiable
The Program Coordinator is responsible for numerous support duties relative to general team support and control of program communications and documentation.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compilation of program cost and progress data supporting the Program and Commercial Managers in conducting program reviews and status meetings.
Booking of team travel arrangements
Meeting coordination/reservations and Security Passes as required.
Preparation and filing of internal and external program documentation and communications both hardcopy and electronically.
Collation of content for regular internal and external reporting deliverables.
Maintenance and distribution of action item lists and other team support as required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma required.
1 year experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Microsoft Office products, (Word, Excel, Outlook and Project).
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
